Talk to your hvac contractor about adding a uv-c light in your air handler. 

It is very rare that I didn't say to myself "Yeah I could have done this or that to make that guest stay better" But sometimes, you just have to throw your hands in the air and say "Screw it.

they have bailed us out on a few tough situations ans are always pretty air in their assessments in my opinion at least much more so that what i have experienced with section 8 inspectors.

In order to get the coc returns you’re looking for you’ll need to look at 3-4 families or mixed use residential which is a bit up in the air depending on what the commercial unit(s) are doing. 

The windows were cleaned a new air filter was placed and all carpets were vacuumed.  The granite countertops were shined and moldings were wiped down.
