I host the Manchester NH one, I speak about determining ARV’s a lot.

Inglewood's getting a ton of new investment and infrastructure ahead of hosting the 2028 Olympics in Sofi Stadium.

They host regular zoom meetings about germane topics, such as heat pump technology or security deposits. 

I host a monthly real estate investors meetup.

I also host a weekly virtual call with other investors to discuss what we're working on and how we can help eachother out. 

We host a meet up the first thursday of every month at common roots brewery in south glens falls from 7-9pm in their private event room. 

They have other topics of course but the hosts are fantastic and it is a pretty good place to start. 

I’m now working in business development for his team (Middleton Group) and we host a couple events here and there at our flips/projects, but just recently partnered with the O’Byrne team to host the first of many “Wealth Bomber” events last week.

There is very little opportunity to differentiate yourself in that space IMO, let alone as a new STR host.
