I think everyone was targeted, but nationally speaking, it was the government that used it's power to push loans on people and specifically minorities.

If you use the Land Trust, your conversations with the lender should be along the lines of "Hello, my name is @Rich Hupper , and I have a Power of Attorney/3rd Party Authorization/Im the trustee for matters associated with Mr Seller's property at 123 Main st."

I went to a seminar where one of the presenters advised that individuals in my predicament should try to build a Power Team and set up Wholesale deals for quick cash.However, I am having an issue with the trainers and their law firm over a misplaced payment that I gave them for the registration of a structured LLC in Utah.It is really frustrating.
