Has anyone received a HELOC on their investment property in NC recently? What lender did you use? I have one that's free and clear and a want to fund a BRRRR.

In regards to Ben's comments, the main reason why we are only getting 32 units is because of "net worth" limitations since we are working with Freddie Mac to finance 75% of purchase price.I can't afford to owner-operate this property since I run another business that requires 80% of my time and I don't have the time nor the resources to put together a team before closing, therefore I need to find a good PM company that runs this well, even if cash flow is substantially reduced.

Cherry Creek North is the high-end area.

Given your sub 200K budget, IMHO your best opportunities lie in Montrose or further North.

What people are advertising as "Temple" seems to be rather loose nowadays, branching generously west, north, and east of Broad.

I have a plan in place that by June I will be using selectively Airbnb, and Vrbo too short term rent out my house in North Conway New Hampshire.
