There are lots of good ways to market your property online (craigslist, facebook, zillow, etc.), but I would say to be prepared for the worst.

There's a couple of facebook groups full of realtors that I can ask in. 

.) – Using Listing syndication to make your property as visible as possible- Place a lockbox for realtor access- Professional photography- CSS (Centralized showing service) - 24 hours call service to schedule appointments to ensure all showing requests are responded to- Post your home in different social media outlets (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest)- Prepare the Lease, collect the deposit and first month's rent- Screening all the applicants (Credit Check, Criminal History and rental history)- Income, employment, and rental verification.

@Anthony Wick When I first started using facebook marketplace to post ads for rooms that were available  people would go as far as confirming they'll show up hours before a showing and never show up. 

It seems like there is a ton of demand on facebook marketplace and zillow for affordable rentals. 

I've had friends sell their houses on craigslist and Facebook in days without issue, but keep in mind that many fsbo listing's don't get sold because the owner is unrealistic, doesn't end up on the mls to get the exposure, or buyers are steered away by the "professional" they are trusting in who is looking out only for their next winning lotto ticket. 

Also think of other ways you can drive traffic to your site - Facebook and Craigslist are two platforms where you can quickly get the word out and drive traffic to your site (the quality of this traffic may vary).  

In the Kansas City Metro you might check with Julie Anderson Clark (she's on facebook, but we can't post her website) here company does contracts, foreclosures and is probably the biggest eviction firm in the metro.
