You really have a "commercial" exposure that merits you securing evidence of liability insurance at minimum from your new tenants.

Hi Jennifer,To be able to write your friend off as a business expense, you should have some sort of evidence (i.e. a receipt) of how much work they put in for you and how much you paid them.

I would think that it is self evident by the many posts on here by women members but if you need a direct clarification I for one would be more than  willing to, and happy to welcome you personally as I am sure I speak for all. 

The disability required for a service animal need not be evident either.

As for more or less calls because of a return address I don't see any evidence that supports either way. 

I've already said there are some good ones, I'm not seeing that being a majority, evidence of that can be found in the posts here, the questions asked by "wholesalers".

It became evident that I was likely to get outbid by over $20 million so I stopped wasting any more time on it.

This issue wasn't evident to me until now because we were in the process of closing.
