One of the top listing agents in my area told me she refuses to accept offers from Redfin because they use $35/hr zero commission "associate agents" to host inspections/appraisals, etc, rather than the actual deal-writing agent, causing the above to be the norm w/ Redfin rather than the exception.

Instead of putting a “county” in the blank space ask them to write in “any property that they show to you” that way any property they alert you to and invest time into they are assured they will get paid for.

Personally I wouldn't pay for an inspection until I knew that the seller could close with a clean title.yup agree Mike have attorney write letter to seller or seller broker and inquire.. if there is going to be a lis pen then they will need to file complaint and name the property or LLC assets I suppose.
