I am in oil an gas and over the past 15 years this is the worst I have seen, even 2008 was not as bad as now for oil and gas. 

However none of this is going to be much of an issue(at least I think) due to the fact I already live in what is basically the worst of it as an "on site property manager"(I'm cheap labor, process server, and rent collector for a young[23] slumlord) of a small 6 unit multifamily.

There are certainly some nice family neighborhoods in Ogden and the city is revitalizing the downtown slowly but the "affordable" neighborhoods can be a landlord's worst nightmare!
