Working from home continues to get easier with new technology; so, people will continue to move to Florida to avoid cold weather and state income taxes.

Fortunately, I had a good income from my other business to weather the storm, and my learning curve. 

On this past Thursday evening, when most were at the grocery store stocking up for the upcoming blizzard, I was at Lowe's and Home Depot making sure I had enough building supplies to weather the storm.

Now hopefully you don't have anything capex wise happen too especially in this Panhandle area with weather coming in.

Unfortunately, it will get worse with warmer weather.

I personally would rather be in a market I believe has the best chance to weather a recession and if and when the next recession comes, I'm not sold on keeping my net worth in the U.S dollar.
