Money spent on good engineering is better than money spent on a warranty in my opinion. 

I am fairly sure iFunding has agreed to post actual returns after the properties sell, so we can get a better idea then if my concern was valid or a fight with windmills.   

It validates what I learned, but it gets really deep and involved with this program and the support beyond it is fantastic.
