They only have fiduciary duty to their employer, and not you.

They often don't cover issues like guest, pest infestations, rodents and other duties and responsibilites of both parties.You want a lease that is widely used in your State and also been improved incrementally over the years every time an issue came up.

As of August of 2016, I officially separated from active duty after 10 years of service in the United States Air Force.

They are acting as an agent without the laws, ethics requirements, education, and insurance that are vital IMO
