Looking for a mortgage broker recommendation in Sacramento area

Hi there, I am looking fo buy my first investment property in Sacramento. (Hoping to do a furnished/corporate housing rental to travel nurses). I am moving from Oregon and cannot work with my current oregon broker across state lines.  Could anyone recommend a mortgage broker they have experience working with? Thanks much.
