I currently pay extra for inspect and cloud, and as soon as appfolio has pushed out the update where I can now download the inspection in a PDF format, I will cancel the inspect and cloud service.

I knew nothing about it until I read some books, watched some videos, and listened to Real Estate Speakers.

Here is the update on this house.As of 12/6/15 foundation is in, framing will be finished on 12/20/15Will shoot another video to show some cool things that will make this home beat the code in energy efficiency by 30% or more.Here is the question for all that is reading it.

Since you have access to the Internet, you can access a host of valuable resources such as videos, blogs, websites, webinars, and e-books - all of which will provide you the information you need.

I would also watch some videos of Mauricio Rauld or Jillian Sidoti who are licensed securities attorneys.

Just yesterday I heard that one of the data vendors just gad a hissy fit and reworked his data format while trying to eliminate an "unauthorized" reseller of his public records.Alternatively, after you know what data fields you need, you could hire a researcher to pull files to your customized specifications. 

I came across this forum in a YouTube video and it piqued my interest.
