I have a property that I have another buyer in on with me, he is a veteran that could not quite approve based on his income alone, so I am agreeing to come in 50% on it.

The home I had inspected has a steep roof and very difficult to inspect by foot, but Nick had a solution by using his drone to take detailed photographs of the home and garage roof's.

This will be my first property, and consequently I Plan to ultimately use my Veterans Affairs Loan that I received my eligibly letter for recently.

As an owner occupant, You can qualify for this with as little as 3.5% down, or 0 down if you're a Veteran, and if the rents are right, those might cover or partially cover your own rent payment... this means you can save MORE money for future projects.  

On my property, the former owner was receiving a veterans credit on taxes and the bank was paying the veterans credit amount after they took back the property.
