I have cleared a tax deed on my own without an attorney or Quiet Title.I keep most of my properties as rentals.I am in the middle of 2 Quiet Titles right now for houses I couldn't readily clear on my own.I have been doing this for over 10 years and have successfully converted tax deed properties into rentals.

We were able to keep the same company for everything except EQ.

@Austin Wood I assume you are obliged the keep the whole thing for damages up to or exceeding the deposits amount.

As far as managing your "cash flow", that also depends on your strategy for growth.Just keep in mind, rentals don't pay much cash flow-wise in today's market.

You can keep chasing it, but that’s a judgment call.
