These loans should include an aged inspection report for the interior with winterization and those juicy photos of trash in every room.

That being said, I would highly recommend adding a bit more about yourself as well as a profile photo!

In my state, I think now tenant can just choose to send you a video and not allow showings or even professional photos/video.

Take photos when you get them, and if/when repairs are done.
