How to sell an occupied home during pandemic ?

Hello,

I am planning to sell my multi family home occupied with tenants and including myself and family as a live in landlord.I need to move out of state due to a job change and don’t wish to manage rental from out of state. I would like to know how others are selling during this highly infectious pandemic. Do virtual tours help? I will appreciate your inputs.
