Hi Peter,Welcome to BP, this is a great website and resource for all types of real estate investing.I always recommend these 3 things to people beginning in Real Estate Investing:1) Do a lot of research here2) Do not spend a lot of money with coaches, it would be much better to put that money to work and learn from experience, I'm not against coaches or education, but you need to be careful as there are some that are really bad3) There are many real estate clubs out there, visit them, select your favorites and meet other investors working your area.

It may cost a bit more up front but you'll get a lot more engagement due to the mailer's uniqueness.

As well as having resources for agents when faced in unique situations.

I am not aware of any established firms in Tennessee that offer these services.Geography is generally pretty low on the list of criteria when selecting a provider.  

I'd rather fine unique locations that are under the radar and where properties just sit for months with no attention.

You can search for ones in your area by clicking on tools on the top of your page, select REI resources and under assorted resources choose local REI clubs.

I would assume the core principles of house hacking are the same everywhere, but Manhattan seems like such a unique area because everything is in such high demand.

What criteria are you thinking of using when selecting your targets?
