You didn't state where the property is located, so I don't have much info to go on.

Even if you are on a larger property in a rural location, they can still complain if they don't like noise on a Saturday night.Good luck!

Wichita has a lot of opportunity for investment properties, but like any location I would recommend studying the market before jumping in and buying.
