We found a bank that "gets" it, I think, plus we are able to provide reported income from our 3 weekly rental properties plus my vacation rental reservation business, but getting a mortgage is very stressful each time.

It could be that the tenant says you can show it between 10:30 am and 12:00 and 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm M_W_F and in the morning hours mention on T-Th and Sat and not at all on Sundays.

Oh wow, where to begin............First off, by hiring unlicensed workers not only DOSN"T protect your liability, it INCREASES your liability.

But I do miss paid time off, ability to take a vacation, less stress.

If this isn’t done then you have the flimsy feeling you are describing.

Why stress out over a lack of control with stocks when you can learn what you're doing in real estate and build your profit into each deal.
