How do you pay your helpers ?
Flipping has started to become more full time. I've typically contracted the renovations out, and then done all of the small stuff myself.
I am to the point where I don't have any time for the small stuff. I have a guy who would be great to have on my team. I'm not sure I am ready to start a business, but maybe that's what needs to happen ?
Can I 1099 him ?
Would it be better to just start a corporation and hire a payroll leasing company ? My research tells me, this way becomes expensive quickly with all the taxes, workman's comp, etc.
Thoughts ?
