Hello, I'm programming software for multi-family and I am wondering how lease end dates are most commonly represented.Let's say I asked you "send me a spreadsheet of all 10,000 of your current active leases with your start and end date, tenant name, etc"I assume you'd be exporting from some PM software.Are you going to represent the lease dates like this:A) Tom, Jan 1 2019, Jan 1, 2020or like this:B) Tom, Jan 1 2019, Dec 31, 2019Thanks!

Hi @Eugene Carelli,You have a lot of choices for software companies. 

If there are problems with the document, we find out within a few days at most, have the ability to make corrections, and re-submit.

I submit offers like this all the time and have a template to share with you if you need it.

As Jason pointed out, any real estate closing attorney can provide a copy (and addenda) and if you have form software, it will provide a fillable PDF form as well.

That being said, should I use an excel sheet to track my income and expenses or is there a better way or better software?

It would appear the seller's agent did submit all offers and the seller rejected the poster's offer.

(Maybe because the loan application was submitted and the underwriters brought up the issue) we already did the inspection and appraisal so that will be money lost.

Your tenants should have submitted a work order to the PM if they were having issues.

You can work on some of the back-end systems - marketing, submitting documents, other clerical duties.
