When the data is loaded into the system, the system spits out an eligible level the most commonly know are DU responses which are Approved Eligible (EA), and EA 1 and EA 2, where the 1 and 2 are diminishing levels of qualifying.

Your move and set (assuming it's a move and set as that's the "going" rate at $3000) is literally that: tear it down, move it, set it back up on blocks (you pay for blocks if they don't transport or there's not enough), tie it down (you pay for anchors) and level it out.

If you just did this work full time as a contractor on other people's properties I think you could make way more then the $40 profit in 2 years (+ free living while you do it).Or continue to do flips but oversee the work on yours and several properties at once and leverage that skill into more profit.Just food for thought as to how you can take that passion and skill that you have and make it work for you even more.
