We just don’t know the extent of the shift that is taking place in Northeast region. 

This is a tremendous shift compared to last year’s inventory levels.

I can’t commit to any specific day of the week due to my rotating shift & overtime schedule.

However, it seems that there hasn't been much coming on the market and I'm considering shifting my focus and taking a look at single-families while renting by the room.

So I’ve shifted my focus more on owner financing deals, but I’m still on the hunt!

Given the shift I see signs for coming up, I’m looking for properties we can get out of quickly.

Been there done that....Biggest issue will be the tie into the street main & they generally do not let anyone but an insured lic plumber integrate that connection with the '15-20 on shift city guys' that show up for a $1200 connection charge.
