For me, I am not certain how many thousands of dollars I have made from referrals sent to me by these same "newbies" that "bothered" me, but I can tell you that those "bothersome" people remembered ME after they chose not to pursue real estate after all, or weren't able to be successful, or went on to work in a different area, or weren't able to take a client because they were sick/too busy/out of town/etc.  

Recently i was sent a property that was Trying to be wholsaled twice!.

I clicked on your name... not sure what I did or sent but it said I was sending something.

There are times that I do ask for a "finders/bird dog fee" if a buyer of mine buys a property that I've sent to them that I don't have under contract.

But recently I have sent them notification that since the banking issue was fixed they would need to start paying before the fifth or be penalized. 

His brother in law lived there before he was sent to the big house for a few months stay.
