It makes rent collection a really easy process for us and we love that it's free and still offers so many landlord friendly options.

Your realtor should be guiding you through this process and clearly they are not informing (or they are not aware) of what the risks are with trying to have an airbnb in a non-conforming/illegal unit.

Initially they had  a free version, which allows to manage upto 25 units.Since it is only 1 unit, PM software might be an over kill.
