I want to vet him and be able to trust him fully but at the same time dont want to insult the man.If he's a serious investor, he won't be insulted...he'll understand...I think I have a pretty good reputation in the real estate world, but if someone is willing to partner with me without vetting me further than just my online presence, that concerns me...
