Are you asking if you should pay the difference between the regular water bill and the bill after it started leaking.If it were mine (and it was a leaking pipe--not fixture), I would cover it. 

I believe successful investors practice their craft regularly allowing them to gain more experience, confidence, and opportunities as a result.

Remember the area must be used "Regularly and Exclusively" for business. 

If I didn't already have contractors that I have worked with for years, the ONLY way I would consider hiring new ones would be via referrals that I trust and can verify.If you regularly attend REIA club meetings, just ask members who they have had success with on a repeat basis.

So if you’re going to hold it, I would look at getting a new property manager and look at the area to see if it’s appreciating like new stores, Whole Foods, HEB, or something else getting built.

I searched realtor.com on a regular basis and got strongly familiar with my area and market.

I would think it is a pretty common size, as the big box stores sell replacement windows in those sizes.

You should start conducting regular inspections to check on this behavior.
