@Anton Ermolaev I would recommend purchasing a multi family home first so that you may offset your costs of the property with the additional rental incur you will receive in each unit.

After receiving, the course of action seems very obvious and consistent when dealing with mold or similar type issues. 

He will still receive his commission.Might work on his/her ego a bit but could also open a door for a relationship.

Well I received a call back and I got super excited I started doing some research  on the property and the name she gave me isn't the same as the owner that is listed can u tell me what can that mean.

I expect them to pay rent and they should expect me to provide a nice home for them and when a problem arises we take care of itThere's times where we are very generous waiving late charges, etc... but I think about my mortgage lender for my personal home and I do not receive anything from them.
