You are not in such bad shape if a balcony rail breaks and your tenant dies hitting the concrete sidewalk, but if you are hit with some sort of sexual lawsuit, retaliation, harassment, or discrimination then you are getting sued, personally, not your insurance company and you have to pay the attorney fees from your pocket to defend yourself unless you have inclusions in your policy for those types of lawsuits.

I’ll be in the deal around 100k so I need to figure out the likelihood of getting a zone change before I’m stuck with a lot that all I can do is park a few vehicles on or potentially use for a solar field.
