Or, as is usually the case, if it's a contract between the licensed contractor and a public entity i.e. a city, county, state, or Fed, school or a municipality project/s, etc. then it is also required to show proof of LIABILITY INSURANCE by producing a CERTA lot of folks overlook or don't even think about WORKERS COMP & LIABILITY INSURANCE  but it is one of the most important elements of a contract.

Public?

To echo what others have said, asking about a DIY removal of a wall and asking on a public forum if it is load bearing is a BAD idea. 

I assume these lots are facing a public roadway and that you don't need to build a new gravel or asphalt road.  

An example would be establishing public list or group functionality.

It is not treated the same as a security deposit.Check out IRS Publication 527 for some examples.And I agree with the others… this is a huge red flag that could cause some major management issues down the road.

I remember as a traditional student in business the Gale publications allowed people to purchase their directory for different purposes (starting or expanding one's business).

either have you're agent put it on hold or cancel it but then in the private remarks or heck even the public remarks "do not contact homeowner, they are NOT selling."
