My partner and I are looking to invest in a property along Hudson Valley (BRRR) and are building a team in the next 1-3 months.

Since you already own a property, you wouldn’t qualify as a first-time homebuyer anymore, so FHA loans with their low down payments may not be an option.

I'm considering posting a development project on one of them for funding, but I'm not sure which one if any of these is worth it.

The wife was the partner and the husband was going to serve as property manager/maintenance guy.

I own multiple beachfront/Gulf Front properties and and some rates actually went down this year.

State Farm and Obie Insurance are who I typically use for investment properties.

Could you share a little more about the property? 

My end goal is being able to flip/rehab properties. 

Did minor updates like paint before selling it to 1031 into my current househack / flip / buy and hold Commercial Property.
