I just use furniture polish.

The entire floor needs to be scraped with a razor blade (don't worry, not a little Schick razor, a 3-4" floor razor) if it's on a concrete slab like we see so much in California.

If you have a concrete slab or concrete around the building, it is probably worth calling the pro as you really need to drill the concrete and use a high pressure sprayer to deliver it.  

I've found great GCs, HVAC, concrete, etc...guys that I keep going back to....and have saved a lot of money.

If you haven't cleaned it yet of course It will smell awful.The carpet underneath is it subfloor or concrete.

I have been looking at a lot of prospective rehabs in North Florida and a lot of them have dilapidated pools that need liners or concrete repairs.Can someone help me out with estimated costs for doing this?  

Just looking for some ideas to freshen up the look of the front and give it some nice curb appeal, it's located in a historic district of town with many other older homes around it.We are taking out the concrete steps (left in the picture) and putting a new staircase on the right of the porch, it will come down 4 stairs to a landing and turn 90% and have more stairs to the driveway.I'm thinking raised beds on the rest of the lawn-full sun all day and steep.Thanks all!

Its very small and is well known for the where the Polish imports settled at to work in the car plants.
