I would only use platform-agnostic, ie, web-based apps.

I was wondering if anyone has specific experience with different website templates, either the ones included on the different software programs or just wordpress or another CMS platform in general that they are happy with and would reccomend.I found this list  http://www.biggerpockets.com/rei/online-property-management-software-cloud/ very helpful for the different property management software options out there, some of them include webstie option, but Im not sure how great the functionality goes without trying all of them, so i thought I would reach out here first. 

He's the most knowledgable person about crowdfunding sites and the different deal types that I've personally encountered (who is not employed by and/or has ownership in any of the platforms).

If you do not have a side income, and the platform hasn't raised significant funding, the next couple of years are going to be very tough.  

It has been suggested to me that crowdfunding is the best way to go, since this product doesn't fit the normal lending program boxes, even though it is solid and profitable business.Who can suggest the most likely crowdfunding platform to successfully fund an ongoing program of these highly profitable REOs?

Also this is a perfect platform for you share your deals and attract investment I would guess :)

Hi @Matt Kowske, I'm a Controller for a PM company, currently researching the state of the art, all the major platforms (Buildium, Appfolio, etc.).You have a great point about CapEx and Owner Statements.  

I can't wait to get started, meet new, and build relationships on this platform. 

I envision one platform that interfaces with third party apps so that you just need one login to access other software products.
