I've used it for legal questions in the past and just recently used it substantially with the purchase of my new home (primary residence).

I spoke with my contractor today and he is going to talk with an architect we have used in the past to see if he can work with us in this preliminary phase.  

I've done all of those in the past, but learned that it isn't worth my *particular* time (some people have more time on their hands ;-) I can usually get everything I need to know by Google Maps and a quick drive by.

What has made you think that you couldn't get an FHA loan for the past 1.5 years?

I have found out, though the past 19+ years of doing this, that as long as you communicate with the bank and you pay your mortgage on time [from your LLC's bank account, of course], there is nothing to worry about. 

She outright loses on this deal, unless she lives well past 100 - and not even then, considering she would give up appreciation.
