I suspect the water is draining into the soil, causing expansion, and heaving the concrete.The drainage issue can be fixed by digging a trench, tying the gutter into a pipe, and routing the water away from the concrete.

Focus on your mental and physical health and dig into the root of limiting beliefs.

It is a lazy way of creating news and not having to really dig into data to give meaningful news about particular markets.  

The second unit already has a renter and now I'm scrambling to figure out how to do this whole thing and not plunge myself into a hole I can't dig myself out of later.

They probably aren't digging into each line item.

These are important:1. basement has water leaking into it in 2 areas. contractors tell me its coming from the footer and getting in. i dont quite believe it. i have 2 plans to figure this out. im going to dig a deep hole outside....about 2 inches wide...as deep as i can...and see the standing water is. ive also thought about getting someone to drill into my concrete blocks inside of my basement to see if water is setting in the blocks.

Most people in analysis paralysis dig themselves in such a deep hole they never take action.
