I am much better dealing with folks that truly appreciate what I do for them.. which is helping them make a lot of money in RE instead of tenants were your already basically at a them against us mentality.

There are too many "infomercial" investors out there that have a "get rich overnight" mentality.

I'm hoping to mentally prepare for what's to come...

Just roll your sleeves up and do it yourself (when did we lose that mentality here in America?).

It was a fantastic exercise though -- I like looking at the possibilities and I like the mental work of trying to figure it out.
