If you're going to do work on the siding and brick face, it wouldn't make sense to leave the old windows.When people look at the house and think about the cost of window replacement, they are going to think retail prices $500-$700 per window, not what it will cost you to replace them now.

I called and spoke to them, about buying any of these properties from them, and their reply was, we do not have any properties for sale... unless you want to pay full retail ARV price for them, and they laughed.

Still these are legitimate questions for planning purposes.On the retail side, I can tell you that with paid leadgen sources like Zillow, Trulia and Realtor, reality is that an agent can expect to close anywhere from 0.5% to 1.5% of raw incoming leads.I can’t speak from direct experience with wholesaling, but I’d expect that the quality of your lists and lead sources will have an enormous impact.
