And again it depends on whether you are looking at rural undeveloped land where the market might  be for hunting , RV camping or even preppers.

In down markets you get great deals, in up markets you hunt around more and shift what your looking for and hold and rent longer.

I was franchise hunting a year and a half ago and wanted to own a franchise in a field that I loved... so food, travel and of course real estate.
