I was figuring a few hundred dollars but after reading the description of tearing up the old one, scribing the laminate up against the backsplash and removing and resetting the sink I guess I could see the price. 

@Mark FriesI guess I should mention he is the one who does all the repairs and renovations in the beach house we’re selling and has for a year.

I guessed my monthly expenses with a $40,000 20% down loan at 3.65%, 30 years, $1,000 annual tax, $600 annual insurance.

I guess if I am not happy with the way a PM is managing those two costs I would just switch the PM.

I don't know what the Maryland situation is at the moment, but given the lack of fanfare, I'd guess they too have stepped back to wait and see.  

It is possible is West Palm but my guess is the Roswell area in GA will be easier to find something that cash flows.

I guess we will see if I can rig it in somehow.

Deflation would make debt repayment quite literally impossible.My guess is that we'll see negative interest rates before we see the Fed Funds rate at 5%.

I have tried getting in touch with my CPA but he has been on vacation for the last two weeks ( I guess tax season takes a lot out of you).
