Hey BP Family, I'd love your insight on this.I'm currently weighing two intriguing options: house-hacking a 4-plex or venturing into the realm of MTR with a single-family home or duplex, particularly for renting to travel nurses.

I have family that is moving to Philadelphia and purchasing their first house.

So after discussing with others the point of the 501c3 would be to rent to low income families or disabled veterans. 

One of the properties I'm considering is a 2bed 2bath duplex while the other is a 4bed 2bath single family home.

I'd been to a few rodeos as a residential broker in Silicon Valley and had a big single-family rental portfolio. 

It's happened to my family as well. 

I want to replace my income within a reasonable timeframe, so I'm looking at a syndication mentorship with a "guru" who claims I'll close my first syndication deal on a commercial multi-family property within 6 to 12 months.
