Hello Bigger Pockets,I wanted to start a thread (and hopefully add to it as the years go by) on ways that I've learned over the years to establish and maintain high productivity. 

For example, what if one company established a tenant call line and they could accept or deny the tenant just based on their voice?

What @Zachary Curry is describing is a perfectly legitimate activity that could go to establishing intent.  

The Act authorizes cultivation centers and dispensers to produce marijuana-infused products like baked goods, oils, sodas, teas, and capsules, making smoking only one alternative method for using medical marijuana.In addition, the Act contains a blanket statement that it does not require any person or establishment in possession of property to allow a registered patient to use marijuana on that property.

I agree that you need to establish what the relationship is between the tenant, the property and you as a landlord.

as you further explain your situation.. this is a perfect time for you to establish a relationship with your local community bank.. one that is owned and run by those in the community were you invest.

If you have no income, my suggestion would be to attend a reo meeting that is local and/or try to do some leg work for an established investor.
