I'd choose a soft sandy color, in a flat or satin finish, which will make it even less noticeable that you've painted over the wallpaper.

I also have not seen that many tri-merge reports on the tenant screening side of things.

Also look for someone that will give a flat fee to hang your licenses under their company.

Hi,I have a tenant that I am screening for a SFR property that I have in Dallas, Tx and wanted to get the input of the community of whether they would rent, or not rent, or have recommendations on things to check further.I went through Brandon's tenant screening guide and am not sure.The applicant makes $5300/month. 

Been kinda cruising the internet for someone I can rep for and haven't found anybody that's been very responsive, which actually surprises me some.Just looking to get paid on closed loans if I connect borrower and lender (and screen the deal, of course), anybody know of anybody out there (that I could feel good representing) that'd do that sort of thing?

If you go off season monthly, screen, screen, screen the tenants.
