The Lake is always open and still plenty of space with plenty of water for fishing, boating, jet skis, cruising,  etc.

Also, the rental market in the area is excellent because of all of the oil field workers who come in from out of state to work.But I would definitely recommend to do your homework and put together your construction crew before going out of state.

Might be a good way to diversify away from the Oil dictated markets while still only being a few hours away in the mountains.
