To become certified, property owners must submit an application for firm certification (PDF) (9 pp, 642K) and fee payment to EPA.

Sounds like the real issue here is becoming familiar with your new market.It was just the change to an unfamiliar place that has me a little stuck.Are you firmly aware of what your deals could sell for after repairs?

I would assume Massachusetts is like many other states where you need a brokerage or firm to sponsor you for the exam.

If property is listed with one realtor another firm is supposed to respect that.
