The tenant says she had someone to break in the front window recently but for reasons unspoken I feel like that may have been someone she knew that couldn’t get in she has a family member staying with her.

I am looking for the exact same (multi-family using seller financing).

Hello BP Family,I've managed my own properties for over a decade and I'm looking to start a property management business where I manage other investor's rental properties. 

Conversely, I want to take that money and drop it on a Single-Family Dwelling in New Jersey (where I currently live) and then rent it out. 

Also, with FHA, family members can give a gift to help with down payments. 

As already mentioned, unless the Seller is direct family, gifting equity doesn't really work. 

@Jay HinrichsYep and all you have to do is a simple google search and you can find these people typically have very shady backgrounds and they are some family member is in prison for someFinancial crime
