Now that you mentioned wholesaling and Jacksonville Florida in the same post you're gonna start getting all these connection requests from more of these fake wholesalers promising great deals and they want to add you to their email list...

Jacksonville is where they have plant their flag and as such, they know all aspects of the Jacksonville market.

And than I explained, how old is the roof, the entry systems, unit cabinets, flooring, asphalt, heating plants, water heaters, all the component's that are necessary to generate revenue and that have life spans, that wear out, where are they at in there life span????? 

A new soccer stadium, Meta facility, General Motors plants, and TONS of urban expansion (entertainment bridge, downtown park over the highway), etc.

Then we attached flower pots to each branch and planted flowers.
