In Baltimore I believe the fine is now $500.00 - I know someone who was charged $25,000 - he kept putting them up and the City kept track of them and hit him with that giant fine.Really - there are better ways to get the attention of sellers - - try:Finding motivated real estate agents - pay them on expired listings or any deal they bring youGo directly to Expired Listing addressesUse radio commercialsDrive and walk neighborhoods - look for vacant houses, FSBOSCall listed properties - ask agent what's the best they can do on price - make low ball offersGo to public auctions - meet investors - bid on housesHave fun - it is a wonderful business - and you can make some unusual profits when you know how to.

Upon the expiration of the term hereof, Tenant shall surrender the Premises in as good a state and condition as they were at the commencement of this Colorado Lease Agreement, reasonable use and wear and tear thereof and damages by the elements excepted.Can I use that section in the lease to hold him responsible for damage incurred to the lawn when the lease is over?
