The condo-ing did require condo docs compliant with state laws, containing all the cluses required by law. 

I think for buy and hold/rent, it is promising in some cases, the more rural the county the better, overall.I don't think too many are pouring slabs (vs minimum required footings and anchors), but that's regional

This is completely up to you, If an individual came around with perfect credit and met your other income requirements I assume you would rent to that person.

STR insurance is expensive but covers everything you need. 

We have no seasoning requirements as long as improvements are made to the property.

I have other priorities that require me to put this rehabbing on the back burner, I am also at a good milestone in the process.
