Hi Edward, you can have a look at my file place on BP, I have a few excel spreadsheets that may help you in your real estate investing journey (to analyze rental properties, BRRRR, etc).

For example:     Cash Flow + Principle Reduction + Tax Savings + Appreciation                                                                                                                           Cash InvestedSome markets will yield poor cash flow but excellent appreciation.... or vice versa. 

I started doing all this after seeing a video on Youtube about wholesaling and was like " I could do that " so I tried it and closed my first deal in 12 days.

I have 6 years experience as a landlord on 3 properties now that have been excellent performers.

I'm fine with meeting remotely over a video call.Also, where could I learn about what format to keep my records in so that they are easy to import/use by a CPA or by myself at tax time?
